REMISOL – Our Rembrandtin brand range of core plate varnishes
Our Remisol core plate varnishes were developed specifically for the electrical insulation of electrical steel sheets. They offer excellent insulating properties and are:
- chromium-free and low-emission,
- water-dilutable and heat-curing,
- Designed to minimize eddy current losses and maximize the efficiency of electric machines.
In addition, our coatings ensure optimum further processing of the sheets:
- Improved punchability
- good weldability
- High annealing resistance
Our products are approved by leading electrical steel producers and generator manufacturers worldwide and meet a wide range of technical requirements—we offer the right electrical steel coating for every application. Furthermore, the development and production of Rembrandtin electrical steel coatings are certified according to the automotive standard IATF 16949.
Shelf life up to 1 year
- Our electrical sheet coatings are designed for long-term reliability. When stored properly, they offer a shelf life of up to 12 months without impairing performance and processing properties. This stability ensures planning reliability, less waste and consistent quality in your production processes.
