REMISOL 5350S

Remisol EB 5350 S is an unpigmented inorganic/organic hybrid coating of Class C-5 (ASTM A976) and is used for the insulation of electrical steel sheets. It is suitable for Silumin casting, is weldable and annealing-resistant, and provides good adhesion of the annealed layer at film thicknesses below 1.5 μm.

REMISOL 5308

Remisol EB 5308 HAPS-free is a Class C-5 (ASTM A976) inorganic/organic hybrid coating used to insulate electrical steel sheets. It is suitable for Silumin encapsulation; it is weldable and annealing-resistant, with good adhesion of the annealed layer when the coating thickness is less than 2.5 μm.

REMISOL 5340

Remisol EB 5340 is a Class C-5 (ASTM A976) inorganic/organic hybrid coating used for insulating electrical steel sheets. It is suitable for Silumin casting, is weldable and annealing-resistant, and provides good adhesion of the annealed layer.

REMISOL EB549 is used for dry bonding of electrical steel sheets. The painted sheets or stamped parts can be bonded using heat and pressure, eliminating the need to rivet or weld the magnetic cores and reducing power losses. The laminated stacks bonded in this manner have optimal thermal conductivity, produce no frequency hum, and do not expand or contract with temperature changes, thereby preventing interlaminar corrosion. Remisol EB 549 also provides insulation for the laminated sheets.

Remisol EB 549RAPiD is a water-based baking enamel. It was developed for the rapid bonding of electrical steel sheets with reduced squeeze-out during the bonding process. The coating is suitable for dry bonding of magnetic core sheets. The coated sheets can be bonded within a few minutes at high temperature and under applied pressure.
