REMISOL 5350S
Remisol EB 5350 S is an unpigmented inorganic/organic class C-5 (ASTM A976) hybrid coating used for the insulation of electrical steel sheets. It is excellently suited for silumin casting, weldable and annealing-resistant, with good adhesion of the annealed layer for layer thicknesses below 1,5μm.
REMISOL 5308
Remisol EB 5308 HAPS-free is an inorganic/organic class C-5 (ASTM A976) hybrid coating and is used for the insulation of electrical steel sheets. It is excellently suited for silumin casting, weldable and annealing-resistant, with good adhesion of the annealed layer for layer thicknesses below 2,5μm.
REMISOL 5340
Remisol EB 5340 is an inorganic/organic class C-5 (ASTM A976) hybrid coating used for the insulation of electrical steel sheets. It is excellently suited for silumin casting, weldable and annealing-resistant, with good adhesion of the annealed layer.
BONDING VARNISH REMISOL EB549
REMISOL EB549 is used for dry adhesive bonding of electrical steel sheets. Coated sheets or stampings are bonded under heat and pressure thus making riveting or welding of the magnetic cores unnecessary and reducing core losses. The bonded stacks provide optimum thermal conductivity, have no frequency humming and do not breathe under temperature changes which prevents interlaminar corrosion. At the same time, Remisol EB 549 ensures that the steel laminations are insulated.
REMISOL EB549RAPiD
Remisol EB 549RAPiD is a waterbased adhesive varnish. This bonding varnish is designed for a fast bonding of core sheets with reduced squeeze-out during the bonding procedure. The varnish is suited for dry adhesive bonding of magnetic core sheets. The coated sheets can be bonded within a few minutes at high temperatures and under pressure.
