VARNISHES FOR GENERATORS
Our REMISOL C6 varnishes are particularly well suited for the electrical insulation of generators. They are frequently used in high-voltage machinery and are thermally stable and resistant to the burn-off during motor repairs. All REMISOL C6 coatings are water-dilutable, chromium-free, and RoHS compliant. The Remisol product portfolio also comprises formaldehyde-free C6 options.
Remisol EB 500 FF
Remisol EB 500 FF is an organic insulating varnish with inorganic fillers and is used for the insulation of electrical steel strips or pre-insulated segments. It complies with class C-6 (ASTM 976) and meets highest requirements for electrical insulation. The high content of functional fillers ensures outstanding pressure resistance. Remisol EB 500 FF is therefore very well suited for medium-sized and large machines and for large generators in particular.
