The ballroom of Vienna City Hall recently stood in bright spotlight and was the venue for the presentation of a very special award. In this context, KANSAI HELIOS Austria was one of 67 companies to be honored with the “Top-Lehrbetriebe” quality seal, awarded to companies that put special emphasis on their apprenticeship programs.

Initiated by the City of Vienna and the social partners, the award once again underlines the importance of high-quality training opportunities. Those companies that strive for outstanding teaching and training standards can look forward to the annual recognition as “Top-Lehrbetrieb”. For KANSAI HELIOS Austria, the award is of special value. We have been training apprentices for more than 80 years. Many of them are still in the company and the Group today, some in senior management positions.

Focus on specialist training

Well-founded training content and practical experience form the basis of our training in the chemical and commercial fields and prepare our apprentices for their future careers in the best possible way.

Our apprenticeship representative Karin Schutting emphasises: “We see our apprentices as an indispensable part of our team and are thrilled to offer them a first-class education. In doing so, we attach particular importance to sustainably promoting not only their professional but also their personal development. ”

The “Top-Lehrbetrieb” award not only acknowledges our past efforts, but also encourages us to continue to maintain our training standards and provide our apprentices with optimal career prospects. KANSAI HELIOS Austria will continue to strive to implement innovative teaching methods and to train the next generation of professionals.
